2011 Global Games Life Stream would like to wish all Aussie athletes the very best of luck at the 2011 Global Games! The team departs for Italy today, and the Queensland contingent of the team is amongst some of the best athletes with an intellectual disability in the world! Have fun, do your best and enjoy the experience! We look forward to hearing all your stories upon your return in 2 weeks time.

Life Stream is honouring the late Sue Fleming for her outstanding commitment and dedication to inclusion in sport by presenting an award to an elite athlete with an intellectual disability. The award will go to an individual from Queensland who has demonstrated outstanding performance in their chosen sport and who represents great sportsmanship qualities. Note nominations close on Friday 23rd September.
