Changes to NDIS Funding Periods

There have been a lot of changes lately and the NDIA is moving towards shorter funding periods in NDIS plans. This might mean your next NDIS plan will look a little bit different. 

Funding periods can be different lengths (1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months) and this is based on:

• NDIS legislation
• Your individual needs
• How you have used your funding in the past
• If you have any risks in managing your funding
