NDIS Services

The Business Development Team provides valuable supports to both Participants and the organisation regarding

• Support Coordination (where funded)
• Interpretation of NDIS Plans and Budgets
• NDIS | Life Stream Australia Service Documents (required to access formal supports)
• Advocacy at both Participant, Organisation and Systemic levels
• Processing and receipting of invoices and payments for supports provided

​This program sits outside ALL OTHER Life Stream Australia programs, and at no time is it appropriate for the Business Development Team to encourage a family member or Participant to make decisions to choose Life Stream Australia.  The services and supports an Participant or their family chooses to access may or may not include Life Stream Australia services, or a choice may be made to access some, but not others.

The Business Development Team remain informed and up to date with the frequent changes at NDIA and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, and can provide Participants and their families with information, resources and support to access the scheme, implement budgets and prepare for scheduled or unscheduled reviews.  Most importantly, the Team ensures the choice and control of all service access and decision making remains with the Participant and their family.  

Linking Participants and their families with services and products that will meet their specific needs and goals.

​Thinking outside the box to identify unique opportunities that may meet a Participant's NDIS prescribed goals, in an innovative or creative way.

Connecting Participants and their families choosing to self-manage, so they may provide each other with formal and informal supports, mentoring and guidance.

Responding to the changing needs of Participants and their families, to offer flexibility when other aspects of their lives become overwhelming.  

​Our Business Development Team operates within the core values and beliefs of Life Stream Australia, supporting Participants and their families to identify their needs, choose appropriate services, reflect on outcomes, and seek additional guidance when needed. 

Life Stream Australia charges as per the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits Guide, as released by the NDIA each year.
Each Participant will be provided with a detailed, individualised pricing of the support they have requested (Schedule of Supports), noting the total cost of service delivery.
